Free delivery across the UAE
Delivery is free on every order to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. There is no minimum order value.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days of being placed. Delivery to remote areas may occasionally take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays.
Order confirmation
After you place your order, we may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.
Payment: Cash on Delivery
All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier when your order arrives, with no extra COD fee. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
Delivery attempts
The courier will contact you before delivery. If you cannot be reached or are unavailable, the courier will try again. Orders that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts are returned to us and cancelled.
