How do I pay for my order?
All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. There is no extra COD fee.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the UAE, with no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days to all seven emirates.
Will someone contact me before delivery?
Yes. We may call or message you to confirm your order and address, and the courier will contact you before delivery. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return eligible, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or give a refund at no cost to you.
How do I get my refund for a COD order?
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account you provide, within 5-10 business days of approval.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
