Return & Refund Policy

At 1daydeals we want you to be happy with every order. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Requests must be made within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened or used beauty, skincare and personal-care products, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Items damaged through misuse or incorrect installation.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at shaheeraftabllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and arrange collection where available. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval. As orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide, within 5-10 business days of approval.
